INITIATIVES
Blessing Bags. An initiative with the purpose of providing Atlanta's unhoused population with essential items including but not limited to clean socks, hygiene products and bottled water.
Artist March. A 2000+ strong march in response to continuous social injustice in and out of the community.
We Reel BLACT. A short film competition with the goal of empowering and assisting in funding projects from promising filmmakers.
BLACT Family Meet Up. A night of spades and family fun integrated with panel discussions from community creative leaders.
BLACT Night Out. A continuous support of local productions developed in conjunction with professional theaters of the community.
The Welcome Table. A digital fund-raising push, in collaboration with Theatrical Outfit, to assist Atlanta's unhoused population.
YMCA Back To School Drive. A book bag and supply drive for the families of Southwest Atlanta. Developed alongside the Young Family YMCA.
The Sound. A Co production with Aurora Theater bringing together artists from various disciplines in a showcase format.
Festival of Trees Southwest. A holiday toy drive developed to support the families of Kimberly Elementary and in the surrounding Southwest Atlanta area.
